ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND TRAINING 2.1        INTRODUCTION              Perwira Progresif Construction Sdn. Bhd. is a local bumiputera company that is progressive and insightful. Originally it is called as Perwira Construction Company (PCC) that is Sole Proprietor company that registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class “D”.
