CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION


1.1        INTRODUCTION

            This is the outcome of my industrial training book after I had managed to put an end to this training in Prewire Progresive Construction Sdn Bhd. This report is generated based on the learning outcome of practical terms with the company that I’ve been through.    

             The outcome of this report book is also one of the reference/guidance to students for getting an interview for the end of the training session to assess the student pertaining to the practical training that they have been studied during industrial training.

             In general, this industrial training report book is generated to prove that the student has been ongoing for training in any agency that accepted them. Other than that, by using the system of the American Psychological Association (APA), the student is also able to arrange the report to be more systematic and to simplify all the matters of assessment.

             I hope all the effort that I did to complete this report book will be the best industrial training report book and can help me to gain more knowledge about my course.

5.3        ORGANIZATION’S COMMENT             Overall, there is not much to say about this company. This is because even if the company has some disadvantages, but the company is able to overcome problems with the efficiency and skill set from employees in each of their jobs. But for the long-term, these issues need to be addressed in order for the company to remain competitive and to be the best for Sabah state.
