FINAL REPORT OBJECTIVE


1.3        INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FINAL REPORT OBJECTIVE

           In general, this report is made to record all the works that the student had done in doing the industrial training. Among the importance of industrial training final report is:


a)      To provide a work document effectively.


b)      To produce students that is responsible for their work by providing enough evidential documents that related to work.


c)      To expose the students on how to provide a proper document.


d)      To build self-confidence in the student while providing the document.


e)      To complete the prerequisite for the student to pass industrial training Polytechnic.

5.3        ORGANIZATION’S COMMENT             Overall, there is not much to say about this company. This is because even if the company has some disadvantages, but the company is able to overcome problems with the efficiency and skill set from employees in each of their jobs. But for the long-term, these issues need to be addressed in order for the company to remain competitive and to be the best for Sabah state.
