OBJECTIVE

1.2         INDUSTRIAL TRAINING OBJECTIVE

               Main objectives that the student is sent to go for industrial training is:

          a)       Able to work together as a team and always able to help each other every time.

b)        Able to give the student a chance to study on how to handle an organization and
        Giving them their own experienced to go through hard times in handling customers 
                  that came from many other races.

   c)           Giving excellence among the students so that they have confidence as well as able
                   to be independent in the future of work   
                 
          d)         Giving students an opportunity to relate theory work with working at Industrial
                   Training Organization.

          e)           With the industrial training provided by Polytechnic, the students will be more
         confident as well as capable even though the students only studied for only 3 years
  for diploma holder. In a short sentence, what the Polytechnic did is a priceless
                    endeavour.

  f)         Giving students an opportunity to feel how does the real time working be where it
                   will be used in the future.

5.3        ORGANIZATION’S COMMENT             Overall, there is not much to say about this company. This is because even if the company has some disadvantages, but the company is able to overcome problems with the efficiency and skill set from employees in each of their jobs. But for the long-term, these issues need to be addressed in order for the company to remain competitive and to be the best for Sabah state.
